Use of this website

This website is an informational and contact resource: it describes MHC’s services, introduces our English-speaking specialists, and lets you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or the contact form. Simply browsing this website, reading its articles, or sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract for medical or psychological services.

What governs MHC’s actual services

Mental Health Center’s medical and psychological services are provided under MHC’s official Public Offer (публичная оферта), a binding service agreement published by MHC. Depending on the specific service, the offer is issued by the relevant MHC legal entity — for medical services, ООО «Инновации в психотерапии» (INN 9701016855, ОГРН 1157746985769); for psychological and informational services, a separate MHC entity. The Public Offer — not this page — is the legally operative document once you book or receive a service, and it covers matters such as service conditions, payment, cancellation, and the rights and obligations of both sides.
